A Ministry of Healing: Loving Women Back to Life

There are whispers in life we can ignore - and then there are the ones that shake our spirit, demand our obedience, and change everything.

One day, I walked into my dining room, and a voice - gentle yet undeniable—spoke to me:

“Remove the furniture. Invite the women. Teach them what you have learned.”

I stood there, heart pounding, staring at the six chairs in front of me. And in that moment, I understood:

This was a calling to minister to the hearts of women who have spent their lives pouring into everyone else while quietly fading into the background.

Women struggling through menopause, feeling as if their bodies have turned against them.
Women waking up exhausted, fighting brain fog, weight gain, and unexplained joint pain.
Women who once felt powerful—who now barely recognize themselves.

And so, Table of Six was born.

A Sacred Gathering for Women in the Trenches of Menopause

In a world that demands women work backward, forward, sideways, and every other way, this is where they come to exhale.

No phones. No distractions. Just four sacred hours dedicated to one thing: loving women back to life.

We begin with gentle yoga to awaken a body that feels stiff and sluggish.

Then, we meditate - allowing restless minds to quiet, finally silencing the thoughts that won’t stop racing at 3 AM.

Here, we hold space for one another. Here, we remind each other of a truth long forgotten:

I am my sister’s keeper. And then, the love letter.

Each woman writes a letter—her story, her struggles, her words of encouragement. That letter is left behind, waiting for the next woman who will take her place at the table.

This is how we create an unbreakable thread of sisterhood. Because healing should never stop with us - it should flow through us.

We nourish not just the soul, but the body, with a six-course meal designed for the struggles we battle in silence—hormonal shifts, gut health, brain fog, anxiety, night sweats, bone loss, and the deep loneliness that comes when no one understands what you're going through.

Waking up every morning with unshakable
confidence.

Feeling alive, powerful, and in control of your body and your life.

Standing tall, not just proud of how you look, but of the limitless woman you’ve become.

A Movement of Women Lifting Women

But this isn’t just my table.

This is a movement. A ministry. A revolution in self-care.

Women can host their own Table of Six, bringing this healing into their own homes, their own circles, their own communities.

I will come. I will guide.

And together, we will continue this ripple effect - one woman, one table, one love letter at a time.

Will You Help Me Answer This Calling?

I have opened my home, my heart, and my life to this mission.

But I cannot do this alone.

With your support:

  •  More women will find their seat at this table.

  • More women will be reminded that they are not crazy, not broken, and not alone.

  • More women will receive the gift of healing they never knew they needed.

Your donation is more than a gift—it is an act of sisterhood.

A declaration that we see each other, we hold each other, we rise together.

This is my calling. My ministry. My purpose.

Will you join me in answering it?

I am my sister’s keeper. Always.

What people are Saying

I didn’t know how much I needed this until I sat at the table. For years, I felt like I was slowly disappearing—exhausted, overwhelmed, and struggling to recognize the woman in the mirror. But in this sacred space, I found something I didn’t even realize I had lost - myself.
Table for 6 helped me reconnect with my body. The meditation quieted my mind for the first time in what felt like forever. And the love letter… reading the words of another woman who had been exactly where I was? It broke me open in the best way.
This wasn’t just a gathering. It was healing. It was sisterhood. It was a lifeline.
To any woman who feels alone, unseen, or like she’s just ‘pushing through’ - pull up a chair. This table was made for you.
— Dr Gigi, Table of Six Attendee
She (Maureen) not only had a plan but a well-thought-out design to make us aware of our bodies. I recommend this Program to anyone who want to “reboot” Life, Health, and Happiness
